Cobblestone Auto Spa is a leading Full-Service Car Wash and Convenience Store with locations all over the Valley! We are rapidly expanding and are seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to join our team.

Customer Retention Specialist

Our Retention Specialist will play a key role in the growth of our organization, by serving as the front-line contact for FastPass Customers in a retention and sales capacity. They will act as a consultant recommending long term solutions to our customers. Their number one goal is to provide an award winning customer experience that increases brand loyalty. A successful representative gets it right the first time, reducing the need for repeat calls or escalations.

Duties Include:

· Consistently improve retention rates and achieve retention goals.

· Superb listening skills with ability to overcome customer's initial concerns and objections.

· Handle each call with empathy, compassion, and professionalism to ensure best customer experience possible.

· Working with customers via phone in an office/call-center environment and sales focused.

· CRM and technology aptitude to handle multiple platforms at a high volume and fast pace and ensure detailed and thorough notes are provided for each call.

· Influence customers to recognize the value of our services.

· Problem solving is a must as you quickly identify the root cause of customer issues, pinpoint strategies to eliminate those issues, and work with customer to negotiate mutually beneficial terms.

Qualifications:

· Understanding of the FastPass program and the importance/value it adds to our organization

· Retention/Sales experience of at least 2 years (preferred)

· Customer Service experience of at least 2 years (preferred)

· Strong sales savvy and persuasion skills

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Talent for multitasking; typing while talking to customers

· Proficient with computers, strong keyboarding skills

· An aptitude for problem-solving and handling objections

· Attention to detail

· Ability to spend large amounts of time on the phone at a desk.
